   As a core operational framework of our proprietary network routing software, Sail operates under a strict Zero-Logs Policy.

• No Traffic Logging: We do not monitor, record, log, or store any internet browsing history, data traffic destinations, packet contents, or DNS queries routed through our infrastructure.
• No Connection Logging: We do not log IP addresses, connection timestamps, or session durations.

   To maintain your account structure and process global transactions, we only collect the minimum required operational data:

• Account Credentials: An email address provided by the user during registration to facilitate secure account login and communication.
• Billing Information: All financial transactions, global sales taxes, and payment checkouts are securely processed by our third-party Merchant of Record, FastSpring. Midwest Data Systems LLC does not view or store your credit card numbers or financial passwords.

   Midwest Data Systems LLC operates a decentralized, global cloud infrastructure. Information collected for account maintenance may be stored and processed on secure servers located outside of your resident country. By utilizing our technology tools, you consent to the secure transfer of data to our global network infrastructure nodes.
